After weeks of speculation, BLACKPINK’s JISOO has officially confirmed her highly anticipated solo mini-album, AMORTAGE! Fans first suspected a Valentine’s Day surprise when JISOO dropped a cryptic teaser earlier this month, and on January 26, she finally unveiled the full rollout schedule.
The album’s name, AMORTAGE, is a combination of “a montage of love”, hinting at the theme of the project. JISOO has been teasing her solo return with mysterious visuals, including a lie detector needle moving frantically, which sparked curiosity among fans.
This marks JISOO’s first full solo project since her 2023 debut with “FLOWER” and “All Eyes on Me.” She now follows in the footsteps of fellow BLACKPINK members LISA, JENNIE, and ROSÉ, who have also launched their solo careers.
